TOS

Usage:
•󠁏 Do not steal, trace over, or claim my art as your own.
•󠁏 Do not feed my art to image generative AI.
•󠁏 Artwork cannot be claimed as your own.
•󠁏 The commissioner can re-upload the image or use it commercially (as long as discussed first) with credits given to myself with written acknowledgement that I, ricetuan, have illustrated the artwork.
•󠁏 I will use your commission for future examples or post them to my account.Payment:
•󠁏 Payment after sketch!!
•󠁏 The prices I have specified are only used as guidelines. It depends on what you’re after and which level of detailing you want.
•󠁏 Commission can only be cancelled during the sketch phase, after i continue the sketch, refunds are not allowed.
•󠁏 If you don’t pay after 3 days (72 hours) of me sending the invoice, the commission is cancelled.Revisions (NOT APPLICABLE TO SKEB/SURPRISE ME):
•󠁏 Maximum 3 total revisions in any stage
•󠁏 If there are multiple things you want to change, please send them all in one message (counts as 1 revision).
•󠁏 Revisions can only be made 24 hours after I send the update, if you don’t respond, I will assume you are okay with it and continue to the next stageTurnaround time is 3 days to 2 weeks max!
